With More Time on his Hands, and Wheelchair, Dick Cheney Really Commits to Dr. Evil Character

Dick Cheney has been impersonating Dr. Evil for over eight years. Whether telling Patrick Leahy to go f*&^% himself or shooting his friend in the face and forcing him to apologize, Mr. Cheney was impeccable as Dr. Evil. While Mr. Cheney's character development was remarkable, his physical impersonation and prop work have been severely lacking.

This may change, now that the Bush-Cheney presidency has come to an end. With more time on his hands, Mr. Cheney has been able to get into character physically. He rolled into Preisdent Obama's Inauguration on his new prop: a wheelchair. Apparently, Mr. Cheney stole the wheelchair from a terminal pediatric cancer patient, after ejecting the child from the seat. When it comes to Dr. Evil, the former Vice President is no longer just phoning it in.
